The stay was a pleasure, and we especially enjoyed the 4 th floor deck. Wine and cheese reception made for interesting encounters and resulted in a shared dinner with another couple. Only gripe was the cable TV was tough to get operating.

It was very nice and the staff was wonderful . I loved the location . I do feel it is very pricey for what it offers . At nearly $500 a night with valet parking and for a water view , that is not rally a water view due to trees , it is missing many amentities . It is simply overpriced from my perspective . Having said that it was lovely and in everyway other than price and value it was a nice stay .
Everything but price and value and there no restaurant of any kind on site which can be a drawback and certainly limiys their am breakfast choices .

The Harborview is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is courteous and friendly, the room luxurious. Having breakfast brought to the room is a great way to start the day and wine and cheese in the evening and cookies and milk before bed perfect. The hotel is more expensive than I usually go, but worth every penny.

I really liked the boutique feel of the hotel, the location and views. Bed was really comfortable and the Happy Hour is a nice addition to an otherwise just nice hotel experience.
A permanent bar and a restaurant would be great additions or at least a convenient store on sight.

Six couples traveling together stayed here for two nights. Nothing could compare to the hospitality, the service, the cleanliness, the friendliness and yet professionalism of the staff at this gorgeous facility. One lady accidently left a jewelry bag at the hotel. We received a call from the staff, were able to return to the hotel and every piece of expensive jewelry was in the bag. Do I need to say anything more? It is definitely a must stay for Charleston!! Thank you. (the cookies, milk, fresh water w/lemons & oranges was so welcoming too)

The room was nicely appointed and very clean. Chamber maid service was excellent and frinedly.
We asked for (and paid for) a upper floor room with a harbor view. While we were on the harbor side, the view was largely blocked with only a scant water view. The room was also located 2 floors below where we requested to be. The desk staff was pleasant enough, though information about nearby transportation, events and other items of interest were not forthcoming. Staff was good at stating that wine and cheese was served at 5 pm and cookies were served at 9 pm, but little else.

Very very nice. My business colleagues really liked the hotel.

The ambiance and location were absolutely perfect for our first trip to Charleston. It was truly full of "charm and grace." The staff was very helpful in giving directions and giving restaurant recommendations. Having our breakfast delivered to our room each morning was wonderful.

Incredible place to stay in Charleston. You can walk to many local attractions, Great amenities. Fantastic staff. Walk to many great restaurants. Plan to return.
-
Well done, nicely appointed city inn. Comfortable, clean. Central Charleston location adjacent to a wealth of restaurants, shopping. Waterfront park, and attractions.
Could use water bottles at least (tap water was tepid and therefore not particularly good for drinking) if not some modest and appropriate mini- bar stock.

Location. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do.
For the price of the room it seemed pretty basic. Close the blinds and look around the room and it's really no different than a Hampton Inn. Don't get me wrong, the location and the view were well worth it though.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The locationwas good, however the internet description said that every room had a view of the harbor. Our view was of power lines and the alley. That was a major disappointment.

The location was great. The hotel is overlooking the waterfront park. Was in walking distance to shopping and many top rated restaurants. The room was lovely and very comfortable.
